Check your order immediately upon receipt. If one or more articles are not delivered or damaged, we kindly request you to contact us as soon as possible and at least within 14 days.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then be credited the full order amount. Only the costs for returning from your home to our store are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging with blue jewelery. To exercise this right, you can contact us via [email protected] or you can report the products back in your account under my orders. Return shipments are at the risk of the buyer. This means that jewelery blue is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. Therefore, always ask for a proof of shipment at the post office and keep it safe. We would also like to refer you to the general terms and conditions.
For items that have been properly returned, the amount paid by you will be refunded to your account (within 14 days). If you return an item outside the set conditions or without an invoice or packing slip, the payment obligation will not lapse. If in doubt, please contact our customer service.
What do I have to take into account?
We kindly ask you to return the article as original / original as possible in packaging. Articles can only be returned if the original price tag or seal tag is still attached to the article. We would also appreciate it if you take the time to carefully check the product for any contamination. If you have used the product to assess its operation and damage has been caused as a result, you are liable for this depreciation and this will be passed on in the amount to be refunded.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. During this period you can do what is reasonably necessary with the product to evaluate the product. You are allowed to try out the product as you would in a physical store. In addition, you can remove the product from the packaging, unless the packaging contains a seal. If you have done more than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this.
